Now this install is not successful, yoou may want to start from scratch. This is mostly not related to hardware, though some possible reasons can be following:

> Not installed using the local administrator account, but via a Domain Admin account, which may have possible execute restriction, which can be imposed in proper installation of LMS.

> Any Anti-Virus which may have interrupted while installation.

> Any previous instance of LMS on the same machine had some issues already, even if it was uninstalled, it may have not been removed properly.

Now while doing again, we need to be sure of the above and what is in document. But if possible you should try to install LMS 4.2, if you are able to get License.

You can check Product Upgade Tool if your current contract covers it.

Hi thanks for your prompt reply

Administrator with local account made the installation

No antivirus exist on the server and also Microsoft DEP is disabled (only for Microsoft critical apps)

This is the second installation on the same server but the first installation also generated the same errors.

The uninstall did not generate  any errors and also before the last installation I run clean_system.exe command.

There is no way for me to get license for 4.2 so I must resolve this issue.

Any other advice

Seems things are fine, but even then we see errors. We have least options except to un-install and re-install.

I would recommend to un-install and check if there is any registry left on the server. Also, when you start install do a right click to select option run as admin.

Also, for such issues when with all precautions we are not able to see result, I prefer clean boot and than start install.

Clean boot is mode where we turn each and every third party software off for some period. For that go to start > run > type msconfig > Services > HIde all microsoft services > disable the third party services.

You can leave any server services or anything which is most important or madatory to run. Than reboot and start another installaiton.

Hi,

I will follow your instructions and proced with a new installation and keep you posted for the results

Thanks again and kind regards

Hi
I did a little more search and I found the following post https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2191159
From control panel "locale" are set to English US when I check from registry editor the setting is still set to my native language.
I change the locale from regedit and I started the installation again.
This time no errors no warnings installation successfully ends.

Thanks for your time and support kind regards
