Hello community,
we are running LMS4.1 on a Windows Server and the SystemPsirtJob keeps failing. I have checked to see if there is connectivity to the Cisco site, by downloading device packages and that seems to be working fine.
How can I troubleshoot the above issue?

Hi Katerina,
there could be any reason of the failure like blocked http, https and ftp for cco.cisco.com.
Can you try to generate the reports locally instaead of cisco.com , check the below link with detailed steps:

I was able to generate the reports locally. Now I just need to troubleshoot to see why I can't get the LMS server to download them.
