I'm trying to find out can LMS 4.2.5 support receiving Syslog messages over TCP port. Default port is UDP 514, but I have a request to change default UDP to TCP port. I can't find answer in official documentation. All I was able to find was this:

A.You can change the syslog port by modifying the value of CrmLogPort registry key located under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\crmlog\Parameters.
After you have changed the syslog port, you need to restart the syslog service.
So port number can be changed, but is there any way to change protocol from UDP to TCP? Please can any one confirm is this change possible or not?
