LMS 4.2 Syslog Collector for Windows

Tell me please, where I can find the ISO-Image at the download center for the LMS Remote Syslog Collector?

Cisco writes:

Installing on Windows

To install the Remote Syslog Collector on a Windows system:

Step 1 Navigate to the RSAC folder on the LMS 4.2 DVD.    <<< I’ve no DVD!

Step 2 Double-click the Setup.exe file to start the installation.

Step 3 Follow the wizard instructions to install the product.

After the installation of Remote Syslog Collector, select Admin > System > Software Center >

Software Update to verify the installation. Remote Syslog Collector should be listed.

I have the same problem.

I only found an OVA File for RSAC, but nothing for a Windows installation.

did you find something in the meantime?

an upgrade to LMS version 4.2.5 solves the problem.

But, how do you mean that the problem is resolved with lms version 4.2.5?

I did not find the LMS Remote Syslog Collector at the Cisco download center.

Hi,

after upgrading LMS to version 4.2.5 we could use LMS as syslog server collecting syslog messages from other network devices or creating syslog reports with LMS. This was not possible with LMS version 4.2 so we tried to install the remote syslog collector software without any success. We never got an explanation for it from CISCO and our reseller.
