LMS 4.2 threshold issue

We are trying to turn on out fault notifications and are having issues with the threshold settings. We changed the interface utilization to 80% instead of 40% buy it is still alerting us at 40%. I have applied the setting to all interface groups/types so I am sure I am making the change where it is needed. I have even rebooted the server. The GUI says 80% but something behind the scenes is still using the 40% setting.

Our ciscoworks has been upgrade a few versions, the name of the server has changed, and it has been converted to VMware. I read on another forum that there could be data corruption in the DFM of the server. Any thoughts on how to fix this without TAC?

Ended up opening a TAC case. I ran a few of the dmctl commands. Our server was converted to VMware a few years ago and when it was converted the name was changed. It looks like there are two DFM databases. One with the old name and one with the new name. The GUI is changing the new database but the events are firing off the old database. Lets see what development has to say about this.
