Hi
I am seeing this error message coming from our core VSS pair's (at different sites) I have checked the syslogs but I am unable to see any interfaces going down on both the 6500's and the connecting edge 4500's. This setup has been fine for around 12 months with no errors and I am just checking to make sure nothing has changed but I don't think anything has.

Hi ,
1. Backup file NMSROOT/objects/smarts/conf/discovery/oid2type_Cisco.conf
2. Stop services
3. Replace the new oid2type_Cisco.conf
4. Start services
5. Delete/re-add VSS devices from DFM ..
I hope you will not get any false Alarm after this !!!
Thanks--
