LMS tomcat using all CPU

Running Dec update on Windows and tomcat is using all the cpu. Haven't tried stopping starting the dmgtd yet. Is there anything I should investigate first? thanks

The NMSROOT\MDC\tomcat\logs\stdout.log may have some information.
