Looking to get EOX data from Cisco devices

I want to get End of Life information and dates.

This document Cisco_Commerce_B2B_Implementation_Guides on page 37 talks about an "EoX" attribute that can be requested using the "Get Item Information API".

How do I access that API?

I looked over this but was not sure how to get started consuming it. 

I read under "Guides -> Getting Started" username and password are needed to authenticate by hitting "https://<IP ADDRESS>/dna/system/api/v1/auth/token" where IP Address is my Cisco DNA Center instance.

1- Is this a publicly available API?

2- Can anyone sign up for an account or do I (or my company) need to be Cisco customer or partner?

3- How do I get a Cisco DNA Center instance to consume production data?
