Migrate Cisco PNR from windows to appliance

Hi all,

Does anybody knows if it is possible to migrate from Cisco PNR Release 8.3.2.1 running on Windows 2008 R2 to PNR appliance 10.1. I read on the documentation that it is possible to migrate on the same plateforme, I mean Windows 2008R2 to Windows 2016 for example  or Linux to linux but there is nothing about the transition from Windows to appliance.
