Migration PI 2.1 to 2.2 results in Error

Hello all,

trying to migrate PI 2.1 to 2.2 (performing backup on PI 2.1, fresh install PI 2.2, restore PI 2.1 backup in PI 2.2)

after starting services we got following error in WEBUI

"Error in getting data from server. Make sure you have connectivity and the server is UP"

During the restore-process and starting PI-Application no errors were shown.

In idea what happened?

Hi Lothar,

It should be the browser issue.. try to clear the cache and check the issue again.

check the supported browser list and try again.

hope you have not selected the "FIPS mode" during installation \ upgrade.
