Monitoring CPU usage on Syslog Server

I have a question to all Cisco experts: Is it possible to monitore CPU usage of Cisco Switch & Router on a Syslog Server? If so, please let me know to configure on Cisco Device.

The only way you would get this sort of information would be to configure debuging and set your loging to severity 7.  But the output you receive would probably not be easily parsed in a syslog server.

You are much better off using SNMP and SNMP Traps for this sort of monitoring, it is much more capable:
