I was wondering if it is possible to have multiple IPs on a single I/F on a 2800?
Example
I/F GIG0/1 198.3.2.1 and 198.3.3.1 ?

Yes,
ip address 10.10.1.1 255.255.255.0
ip address 10.10.2.1 255.255.255.0 secondary
IMHO not a particularly useful configuration, I'd segregate the traffic out by subnets using sub interfaces and trunk to the switch.
