I've just been put in charge of network analysis for a mid size company (300 users, 13 branches, 2800 series router and 3560 switch at each location, T1 supporting data and voip to the internet) and I don't really know where to turn. I've looked into Netflow but cannot find a download on this site. Seems like CiscoWorks might be able to do this but where do I get that software? The main reason for this analysis is that our bandwidth is a major problem and they want to see exactly what is using what. I appreciate any help. Thanks.

Ciscoworks is a nice tool, free alternative can be CACTI with it's netflow, monitor and trashold plugin. Use Rancid for regular configuration download and storage.
