Hi all

Could anyone suggest me a good Network Traffic Generator software (Free ofcourse or cheap ones) in windows platform? I am trying to setup a network where I can test and analyse the issues with VoIP packets under heavy traffic conditions. Please suggest!! I am struggling to find one. Thanks.

That page has a nice option of Cisco IP SLA, which is majorly useful to gather network performance-related statistics for the call. Available statistical measurements for VoIP networks include jitter, frame loss, Mean Opinion Score for Conversational Quality (MOS-CQ), and Mean Opinion Score for Listening Quality (MOS-LQ).

I came across with this once, just sharing if this is useful to you.

You can try ICTDialer, A Free and Open Source Unified Communications Auto Dialer Software

Also, if this is new network, with infrastructure still being implemented, you can ask your implementing partner/vendor who can too help you in getting the environment tested. They usually have enterprise or paid testing softwares available.
