Hello all,

I am trying to take a backup of a Cisco switch but it is not successful and the error that I am getting is:

%Error opening tftp://10.0.0.10/rack1-sw2-confg (Socket error)

Can I have any help to solve this?

Hello

It seems you're not able to access 10.0.0.10 via TFTP.
It's possible that you don't have a route to the server.
Can you ping 10.0.0.10 from your Cisco switch?
