new company and i trying understand settings

I moved to work in a new company and found these network settings and I have some questions :

- add new  switch with management vlan ip can't connect as  other switch's .(switch in red cycle )

- can't understanding switch 3750 how work vlans inside it every port have different vlan .(HR switch vlan management 10.97.60.60 ) .

The uplink is an access port.

Check the VLAN database for the presence of the VLAN.

Hello,

chances are that VTP is configured on the other switches. Can you post the output of:

show vtp status

of one of the existing switches ? Also, post the running config (sh run) of the new switch...
