Hi all
we are deploying billing systems solutions using NFC. Details as attached image
details are as follows:
- All devices on (7600 and 6500) the network is responsible for pushing information on NFC system (called the billing collection system - BCS)
- BCS system consists of two server install solaris 10 operating system, running active-standby cluster
- NFC version 6 is installed on each server
- The server can access shared storage on the storage system
- Billing server load *.xml files via ftp protocol
Now, we have two issues that need the support
- •1. how to solaris cluster detect NFC services down to automatically switch the standby system.
- •2. After NFC installation, we can not accessible via the web interface. associated tools after installation will not run, java system error (of course we have installed java accompanying DVD)
