Hi, there seems to be no data in the change audit-reports after upgrade to RME 3.5 and IDU v.9, 24 hour or All changes. No error's in log.

Any hints ?

Are you purging the change records periodically? If not, the 'All Changes' report may take a long time to complete due to the large volume of reports and could end up in a timeout. What you need to do is to schedule periodic purging of records. The change records will then be retrived quickly and be available for viewing.

Hi,

:-) Problem solved, thanks ! That was what was needed.

Hi,

Yes, I did a one time purge-operation but planning to make cron-job of it. Thanks for the tip !

It seems I'v the same problem, and probably I need to operate a purge me too, but I don't find out how to do it.

Is there a script to put in cron or a specific interface?

Here's how to schedule it:

CW2K>RME>Administration>Change Audit>Delete Change History> Follow the prompts for the devices, Criteria, and schedule.

thanks, I found.
