OID of cbQosCMPrePolicyPkt...

Hi

I have a question on the SNMP OID. I would like to browse an SNMP OID "cbQosCMPrePolicyPkt" on my switch ios v12.2(33). The configs are there and I can see the packets number when I do "sh policy-map controlplane"

Output from my linux machine is below

Linux$ snmpwalk -v2c -c "removed"  my_router '1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.166.1.15.1.1.2'

SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.9.9.166.1.15.1.1.2 = No Such Instance currently exists at this OID

but when I browse it using the cisco snmp tool, the oid is there on the my ios 12.2. So in my view the value should be shows using snmpwalk

The question is, do i need to configure some thing more related to SNMP on the router to get the value ?

Hope to get the quick answer. Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Umair

If device is configured for snmp community and is reachble to your linux machine, nothing else needs to be configured further.

Check following document for more details on configuration:
