Out of Bands Management Solutions

I am looking for a solution to remotely manage a network if some issue arises that prevents management over the LAN.

I was thinking of a 4G router connected to a ASA 5506 connected to a device that allows console connections to about 8 switches. This would allow me to VPN to the asa, keeping security and connecting to devices via console which would allow management in almost all situations apart from power issues.

Can any one recommend any multi console devices or other solutions.

4G router is good if you have good signal from Provider, if not suggest to reply on DSL connection.

you can use any old PC with multi USB cable to connect all the switches to manage, since this PC behind FW, it is secured

This is the cheapest solution i can think of right now.

May be wait for  others welcome comments.
