Packet tracer access list

Hello everyone I am having trouble with a packet tracer lab. I can't ping this HTTPS server or the admin VLANs default gateway, and I don't know why. I know how to put it on the access list, just having trouble connecting everything.

Hi

 You put a wrong gateway on your server. It should be 172.31.1.3 , which is the Router´s interface.

wow thank you so much, I have been stuck on this for a week.  Last question. would 10.1.1.1 be the admin default gateway?
