Partial WLC8540 configuration collection(backup) using PI ver.3.5

Hi,

we have now two WLCs in different locations. one is Primary and the other is Secondary.

since it's not HA, we have to configure exactly the same configuration on the both WLCs in case of failover.

What we want to do is to backup PARTIAL configuration from the Primary WLC and deploy it to the secondary WLC.

For instance, WLANs information, AP Groups and Flexconnect Group.

if anyone know the way to configure, please help us!

- Probably not possible in a flexible way. Better is to use native HA. Note also that products such as Prime will be more compatible with a HA setup.

i forgot to mentioned that Primary WLC is already in HA.

so a pair WLCs in one location and one single WLC in different location.

I found that all i can do is creating template which has common setup for both WLCs on PI and deploy it to each WLC.
