Personal computer, Laptop, server's, physical/configuration tab is showing blank on my windows 8.

I have downloaded cisco packet tracer for windows 32 bit. When ever a PC, LAPTOP, SERVER PT_SERVER0, is placed on the application space and click on the icon the respected icon new window is not showing any configuration or physical tab. Where as rest of the routers, and other devices are working properly.

Why is this and any suggestion to overcoming this type of problem.

did you power-on the laptop ?

I couldn't see anything when i click on the icon ...

it just shows a black blank window not even physical tab or window!

Double Click the device which you want to switch on.Go to physical,Click zoom in,See there is a switch to power on and off

i have attached a vedio please ... try to find a way to fix it..
