Hi,

I have CW2000, LMS2.2 and i'm trying to view the pix but it appears me like a machine (PC). If i check the installed packages it shows that the PIX package is installed.

Everything is configured in PIX (SNMP) but nothing. In path analisys appears like a host. In topology Services i can´t see the PIX.

It is not supported, is that it??

In a PIX, you should also specify which hosts are allowed to send/receive snmp messages. Are you sure that your CW-server is in that list?

Yes, i'm sure.

And it is reachable because when i made the path analisys the PIX appears like a PC.
