I dont think that there are any show commands on a switch that will show the actual distribution but you can verify which port is calculated from the selected hashing algorithm using the following command.
test etherchannel load-balance interface port-channel x ip x.x.x.x x.x.x.x
I think that the only way to really verify the distribution is to monitor the load on the ports over a period of time using an SNMP bandwidth graphing tool such as MRTG.
