Is there a way to use NetConfig to enable port security on all my switches rather than having to do each one individually? Thank you.

Sure. You can use Netconfig to deploy port-security with a sticky MAC address, or create a parameterized user-defined template to deploy a unique MAC address to each port. See the online help for Netconfig on how to create parameterized templates, and their associated parameter file.
