Portal problems after upgrading to LMS 3.2

Hi !

After upgrading from LMS 3.1 on 3.2 I can't access the LMS portal anymore.

The following error is displayed :

HTTP Status 404 - /CSCOnm/servlet/login/login.jsp

type Status report

message /CSCOnm/servlet/login/login.jsp

description The requested resource (/CSCOnm/servlet/login/login.jsp) is not available.

Apache Tomcat/5.5.17

LMS is running on Solaris 10.

Messages in stdout.log don't look well.

Attached you'll find the output from pdshow, pdreg -l Apache and stdout.log

No, this is bad. It looks like your installation failed. You are missing /opt/CSCOpx/lib/classpath/com/cisco/nm/cmf/util/AccessLogFilter.class and /opt/CSCOpx/lib/classpath/com/cisco/nm/xms/security/crypto/InvalidKeyException.class at the very least.

At this point, I recommend you uninstall LMS from this server, then reinstall 3.2 from scratch. Then restore the previous version's backup into 3.2.
