Prime 2.2 - 3.0 export/import

We have PI 2.2, and want to get to 3.0

Our 2.2 install was determined to be unstable (by TAC), so we'll probably do a fresh install.

My question is:
If we export the map's & device list from 2.2, can we import them into 3.0, or do we need to inline upgrade to 3.0 first, and then do the export/import?

In another word, does 3.0 understand the file scheme & format of exports from 2.2?

Export/import of the devices is fine for sure - that's a simple csv file.

The maps should work fine but I don't have first hand experience to attest to those.

Since you have support, the TAC would be happy to confirm or deny.

Hi I exported a full backup from PI 2.2 to a Netowrk Storage device. I then did a fresh 3.0 install to my PI appliance, restored the 2.2 backup, this went without a hitch, all maps and devices were accessable.
