Application ncs is not installed
- This is very bad , it should give a list of services all up and running. Try ncs stop followed by ncs start and check the status of Prime again. If that does not help - reboot and watch the native console for errors during startup. If still no-go then re-install Prime. Keep a record of the installation process, carefully review it afterwards.

The show command is misspelled.
NCS must be written in uppercase, the correct command is:
show application status NCS
