I have an installation of Prime Infrastructure 3.8 with some switches, like Catalyst 9200L and Catalyst 9500. The communication is configured by SNMPv3 and all works fine but the dashboard metrics do not show clients summary. However, clients are visible in the monitoring dashboard. What might be the problem with that? Is there a snmpv3 misconfiguration?
I have also the second installation of Prime 3.8 but on SNMPv2c and with Catalyst 2960+ and Catalyst 3850 and the clients summary are shown correctly.
