PRIME GUI not working

Hi,  

Installed Prime 2.2 version, able to login using ssh but unable to login into GUI. Below is the ncs status output.

PRIME/admin# ncs status
Health Monitor Server is running.
Matlab Server Instance 1 is running
Ftp Server is Disabled
Database server is running
Matlab Server is running
Tftp Server is Disabled
NMS Server is running.
Plug and Play Gateway is disabled
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.cisco.ciscossl.provider.ciscojce.CiscoJCEProvider).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
SAM Daemon is running ...
DA Daemon is running ...

Request some one help to resolve the issue.

It does not look like the services came up cleanly.  Try a ncs stop. Then (with root access) ps -e | grep 'CSCO|java' -- if there are stale processes then kill -9 <PID>. Then perform a ncs start.

I have the same issue but in my case the prime is installed as FIPS and can't run the root commands.
