Prime Infrastructure 1.2 - Patch install

Hi

I have downloaded the patch pi_patch_1.2-2012Oct04.ubf from Cisco. But when I try to upload it to the server I get "An error occurred while uploading file"

I have tried from different locations on my pc, and using IExplorer, Firefox, Chrome, with same result.What is wrong?

Hi Carl,

Did you logged into the WebGUI with user 'root' or was it a different one?

I used admin account, while using the root account - success
