Actually, i have been working on configuring lower privilege level for Tier level support for our network devices (Cisco switches). I have configured some of my network devices for the lower privilege. However, in some switches, i have found that they don't support most commands to configure privilege level.
For example, i have some WS-C3560G-24PS with images c3560-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE11.bin. I found that in those switches i don't have option to configure 'all' (all suboption will be set to the same level ) after privilege exec command. I believe it is the matter of correct IOS images. So, i wanted to know what IOS image should be good for that switch.
Also, it is legal to download IOS images online (from Cisco).
