Hi Experts,
I have been trying for some time to generate an SNMP notification via Tcl on certain router platforms without any success. I am following the notes posted in the following link: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-11745
I am able to see, via SNMP debugs generated on the equipment I am testing with, that the devices are able to build and send other type of traps, such as link-status or configuration change traps. Below are the platforms/code I am using to test this feature:
!
ISR 2951 / Version 15.3(2)T
7206VXR / Version 15.2(4)M2
I am attaching the output of the "debug event manager tcl commands" and the "debug snmp detail" commands that was captured on the 2951 router. The logs for the 7206VXR are very similar. I have tested this feature on an ASR1002 running 15.3(3)S code and it works fine.
Thanks in advance for your time and support.

Thanks Joseph. I just upgraded both devices to recommended releases and it is working fine.
