Problems with approving netconfig jobs

I have created a few test netconfig jobs using email notification.

But when I go to approve each of the jobs they are all greyed out?(rme>job mgmt>job approval) I cannot click approve or next.

Each job fails since no approval has been granted.

Please advise.

What is the version of Cisco Works that you are running? How long have you been facing this problem? or is this a new installation. If you are using a older version of the cisco works ensure that you have all the latest patches. If you dont have the patches download it from the Cisco.com site and then try.

I cracked it last week.

Thanks anyway.

When I clicked on the email notification link I was then logging in as a non member of the approvers group hence I didnt have sufficient priviledges to approve/reject netconfig jobs.
