Reachability Dashboard in Cisco Works

Hi Folks,

I'm looking to restart the server process on a unix based cisco works machine for the "Reachability Dashboard"

It appears to be hung, and not refreshing to the correct date / time.

Any ideas where i should be looking to restart this process ?

may be you can try increasing the polling frequency to some higher value...
