retrieving bgp peers via snmp

Hi all, I used to monitor bgp peer states in a cisco 7600 configured for VRF using snmp.

I used the 'bgpPeerState' MIB and the output was the full set of configured BGP peers.

Now I upgraded the IOS to 12.2(33)SRB1 and the same MIB give me no answer.

Anyone else tried this before?

Thank you in advance.

Denis

I haven't seen any problems with this MIB in this code...can you post your snmpwalk output here?

sure, I got:

SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.15.3.1.1 = No Such Instance currently exists at this OID

How are you actually performing the walk? Can you send your syntax?

snmpwalk -v2c -c 'removed' routername .1.3.6.1.2.1.15.3.1.1

You might want to open a TAC SR. Make sure to include a show tech from the device and the snmpwalk output. Also, if you have output from a working code it would also be useful

I have the same problem, I've upgraded my 3825 from 12.4.10 to 12.4.18 and OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.15.3.1.2 (bgppeerstate) disappeared.
