I am trying to install the 4.3.1 RME upgrade and it conitually hangs on istall at the "Checking locked files" screen. I do have a TAC case open but so far, their suggestions have not helped. Has anyone run into this issue? I am running Ciscoworks LMS 3.2 on a windows box.

First, disable anti-virus software. Then, set the Daemon Manager service to Manual, then reboot. When the server comes back, try to do the installation.

Yes, that's what TAC had me do to no avail. I also set the environment user variables to c:\temp...any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!
