RMON Configuration

Hi All

Can anyone help me with a suitable RMON configuration fro monitoring crc errors and raising an alarm if the CRC error rate goes above 5 errors in 15 minutes?

For CRC errors you could try something similar to this syntax:

rmon event 1 log trap public description "Rising Event for locIfInCRC" owner admin

rmon event 2 log trap public description "Falling Event for locIfIndex" owner admin

rmon alarm 1 lifEntry.12.ifIndex# 60 delta rising-threshold # 1 falling-threshold lower# 2
