SAU contract LMS 2.6 to LMS 3.0 major upgrade

for customers with the SAU (with major upgrades) contract, is the LMS 3.0 available for free ?

It should, because SAU covers also major upgrades .

Thats an entitlement ,not technical issue but I'll cover it.

LMS 3.0 is a major release so SAU doesn't cover it. SAU only supports point (minor)upgrades within a release train (like any upgrades between v2.2 to v2.6 would be no charge).

You were spoiled by Cisco with the LMS 2.5 upgrade even though it was a major rewrite, they released it as a minor release.

SAS covers minor upgrades, but SAU (or SASU) covers major and minor upgrades (or should cover). The question is that if this is true also for LMS 3.0.

Cisco Systems announces a limited time promotional upgrade offering to the recently announced CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution (LMS) 3.0 release.
