Send SNMP Traps from switch to Prime Infrastructure

I am setting up a new install of Prime Infrastructure 3.1.4 and would like to get a template ready to configure the access switches. Right now I am trying to get a WS-C2960S-48LPS-L  15.0(2)SE6 to send SNMP traps to the Prime Infrastructure server with the following config.

snmp-server community public RO
snmp-server enable traps
snmp-server host 10.1.1.1 traps version 2c public

How could I verify that the trap is being received?

 - There is no such  entity as "the trap"; switch will only send an snmp trap when needed and this will then be determined as which 'trap classes' are enabled (snmp-server enable traps...) ; if you have traps enabled for link up/down events; then you may trigger a link down event (on a test port e.g.); watch afterwards of the subsequent alarm is received in Prime (Check Alerts).

Excuse me, I have one problem with cisco prime.

The error I get from the console is :

Required device credentials not found. Fix device credentials and try again.

My switch configuration is:

snmp-server community cisco RO
snmp-server host 192.168.200.53 version 2c cisco

prime 1

  - Your screenshots are incomplete and or also enter the device credentials in the telnet/SSH tab;  afterwards  press  the 'verify credentials' button below;  to verify all entered credentials.
