You first need to setup an SMTP server address under Common Services > Server > Admin > System Preferences. Then, when you schedule your reports in RME, specify the desired email address(es), and those users will be notified when the reports are ready.
If you also want to attach the reports to the emails, enable the email attachment option under the same System Preferences page mentioned above. Then specify the maximum allowed size of the attachments.
Then, when you schedule the report, check the Attachment Option box, and specify the attachment format.
