Hi all,
I have a problem with CiscoWork LMS 3.2. After I click on Server Setup In Setup Center i'm getting an error message "Server discovery timed out. Please try again later"
I find a similar problem here : https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/657945#657945 but no response. I'll try the tips in this topic but it's still the same.
Do you have solution to this ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Is this a new condition or have you just installed? What OS is LMS running on? Have you verified that everything is running as it should? For example you may see something along the lines of 'DCR server unresponsive, waiting to initialize'.
A condition such as this can be caused by multiple scenarios. One being related to SSL certificate issues. Another cause could be database communication failure. This can be caused by other applications occupying ports needed by LMS internally. The usual suspects include anti-virus suites. Additionally (especially in a Windows environment) security settings can be changed causing internal issues such as this. Think GPO and local security settings.
There may also be a clue in the tomcat logs found ..\CSCOpx\MDC\tomcat\logs
Thanks.
