Hello everyone, this time I have an issue with LMS Prime.
Time ago, the LMS Prime was configured with an IP address for SMTP server (10.100.20.82/16); then, server managers changed the IP (new IP is 10.100.20.120/16). As you can imagine, I changed the IP on Admin -> SMTP Default Server in order to use the new IP address (10.100.20.120/16). But when I try to notify with a message using Monitor -> Fault Monitor I got a pop-up saying "unable to connect 10.100.20.82". Aparently the changes haven't apply so I reboot the machine where LMS Prime is installed, but still nothing, I got the same issue.
Any ideas of what it's happening?
