Hi,
We have an ASR that regularly alerts us with messages such as:
- 14,985 mV (Voltage 9006) is above the error limit of 12,599 mV
- 4,995 mV (Voltage 9002) is above the error limit of 1,259 mV
The alert last for a few seconds only We use PRTG as our monitoring system. These sensors were autodiscovered by PRTG.
We unsure what this means, if possible, could you please point us in the direction where it can be explained.
Also, we are considering turning off the alert, but would like to understand the consequences first.
Thank you in advance.
Regards
Jason
