Hi all,

I need to monitoring IP SLA on board of a Cisco Device.

I have a question: Cisco device support only snmp trap?

For example as I saw:

snmp-server enable traps ipsla
snmp-server host x.x.x.x version 2c community xxxx

or I can use also snmp call from my monitoring system?

At today I used check_cisco_ipsla.pl but the output don't satisfy my self:

[root@sat-103956-01 plugins]# ./check_cisco_ipsla.pl -c phoenix-mng -H 10.67.7.8 -i ALL

IP SLA status: OK | Total-Time=0

Best Regards

Giovanni-

When attempting to add a SNMP trap for IP SLA try using the following command: ip sla logging traps

You can add that in global configuration.

Kind Regards,

Tony
