Hi,
Is there a way to find out snmp user created on a device.
#show snmp user doesnt provide enough information, like the md5 string etc

Unfortunately, no. Strict interpretation of the USM spec says that not even the hashed value of the passwords can be displayed. Therefore, IOS does not show the SNMP user config once entered. As you see, you can get a list of users with the "show snmp user" command. But you will need offline storage for the passwords.
