CiscoWorks LMS 2.5
RME 4.0, CM 4.0, IPM 2.6, DFM 2.0
We have one customer where their CiscoWorks Internet connection is only available via proxy server. CiscoWorks system is working fine however it's not able to get software update as it is failing if using proxy Internet connection.
We tried software update on another Ciscoworks with same version but with direct Internet connection. We use the same account and it worked ok.
We captured the packet via ethereal and found out that proxy connection is using a different URL to fetch the update. I tried logging in to the URL manually on a separate browser and found out that im not able to login at first attempt but will work if you click again. The Ciscoworks update however will not give you a chance to try again as it will reply with a fail message. Does anyone have similar experience like this. Please advise.
I can send the captured packets if required.

Make sure you have installed all the Service Packs for LMS 2.5:

I've just checked with our client and the CW versions are provided below.
Common Services 3.0.3
Campus Manager 4.0.3
CiscoView 6.1.2
DFM 2.0.3
IPM2.6.0
Integration Utility 1.6.0
RME 4.0.3
At the time of the installation the big single patch was applied so i think all the packages are updated but we still have this issue. Please advise.
