SSH Access to Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.1

Hello Cisco Guru's,

I inherited an old CPI appliance. Trying to SSH in, so I can install VMware tools. I can login fine through web console, but cannot SSH in using the admin account or any I account I create from the web console. Getting permission denied. I need to get to the shell. Get login incorrect from VMware vCenter console

admin@mycpi.mydomain.net's password:
Permission denied, please try again.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi

   You need to recovery your admin password for CLI and it can not be done through web interface.

Look this password recovery guide and try to follow.
