SSH compatibility with Cisco Works?

Help Please!

I am having problems installing my Cisco works for our network utilizing SSH (secure shell). Are there any compatibility issues for both? When I do install the Cisco works on networks without SSH, the application works fine.

Just to clarify, are you having problems actually installing CiscoWorks on a server, or are you having problems accessing devices using SSH from Cisco Works?

I'm actually having the same issue. For the devices that have SSH enabled on them, the CW server is unable to authenticate through ACS and just get device attribute errors.

Hi Nic,

It seems to be a common problem. Currently, we are in the process of installing CiscoWorks. After installation, when we try to connect to the equipment, Ciscoworks will crash and some patches will be lost. Right now we are reinstalling the application.
